We all may scream for ice cream, but we dream of mac and cheese. The creamy cheese, the delicious pasta, the childhood memories of eating so much you got sick, the small pieces of metal that could cut your mouth and insides to ribbons.

Wait, what?

Kraft has issued a huge recall of their iconic macaroni and cheese product because some boxes reportedly have small pieces of metal in them. The recall is for 240,000 cases of the 7.5 oz. boxes of macaroni and cheese with a September 18 - October 11, 2015 use by date. Only boxes with "C2" below the code date are affected.

If you have one of those boxes, you can return it to the store where you bought it for a full refund or exchange, or call Kraft at 1-800-816-9432 to get a refund. So far, there have been no injuries reported because of the metal pieces.
