It’s October and that means it’s time for another Cute Kids in Costumes Contest brought to you by Providence Children’s Hospital. Get your photos ready for a chance to win great prizes.

We’re collecting lots of great prizes for our first, second, and third place winners so get those photos ready! If you already have the perfect picture, submit it below. We can barely wait to see your photos!

Here are the details:

Photo submission period: October 7th-12th. Late entries discouraged.
Voting begins October 14th and ends October 28th. There will be only one round of voting.
Winner announced October 29th.
One photo per family.
Vote as often as you like, but any programs or robots installed to automatically vote will disqualify the photo.
Children up to age 12 may participate
