‘Big Bang Theory’ Star to Attend Las Cruces Film Fest Award Presentation

Leonard from The Big Bang Theory is coming to our end of the universe.

Actor Johnny Galecki, who stars as Dr. Leonard Hofstadter on the highly rated CBS comedy, will be among the award recipients at the 2017 Las Cruces International Film Festival next March.

He is scheduled to receive the Outstanding Achievement in Comedy Award from the festival, and will take part in a free Q&A workshop on March 11, 2017, as well.

Big Bang is the second popular TV show Galecki has had a role in. He played the part of David Healy in the ABC comedy Roseanne for '92 to '97.

The 2017 Las Cruces International Film Festival will run from March 8 through 12, and will feature movie screenings, film competitions and other special events throughout the Las Cruces and Mesilla Valley area.
