Joey Chestnut has once again (vanilla) creamed the competition.

Chestnut had his way in the first-ever World Twinkie-Eating Championship over the weekend when he pounded 121 of the golden snack cakes in six minutes at Bally’s Casino in Tunica, Mississippi, wolfing down 10 more than the runner-up.

The win further legitimizes Chestnut’s already firm standing in the world of competitive eating. He’s ranked number one by Major League Eating and this most recent performance could knock longtime rival Kobayashi off his perch. Kobayashi had set a world record in 2010 by scarfing down 14 Twinkies in under a minute. Chestnut averaged about 20 Twinkies per minute.

Chestnut has won seven consecutive Nathan’s Hot Dog eating contests and, considering how much he can pack away, should really consider getting a membership to Costco.
