Hurricane Irene Destroys Brooklyn’s Famous ‘Vagina Tree’ [PHOTOS]

A tree that stood in McCarren Park in Brooklyn for decades – known to locals as the “Vagina Tree” because its trunk looked similar to a certain woman’s naughty part – was one of Hurricane Irene’s many victims.

The storms vicious winds swept through the park destroying the once mighty (vulgar looking) tree. On the way down, the Vagina Tree took out an iron fence and a lamppost.

The tree, which had it's own Twitter account, Tweeted what might be its last message Monday night: “I am the stump formerly known as Vagina Tree."
