How People Act When it Rains in El Paso

All confusion hits, the Facebook posts start that some weird wet stuff is falling from the sky. Then panic ensues, your mom is calling you to make sure you don't drive in the rain then gets mad that you answered the phone because she thinks you can get struck by lightening through the connection.

People pull out umbrellas and don't know how to use them and the roads are flooded and a mess. People driving like maniacs in less than an inch of rain. It really is a spectacle and all about overreacting at its finest. So in short, when it rains in L.A., we get the same reaction here in El Paso.
