Hollywood Dirt: Woman Assaults Hugh Jackman with Her Down-there Hair + Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne Split! and More

WOMAN ASSAULTS HUGH JACKMAN WITH PUBIC HAIR FILLED RAZOR: A 47-year-old woman was arrested Saturday in New York after she allegedly broke into the gym where HUGH JACKMAN was working out and assaulted him with an electric razor. An electric razor blade allegedly covered in her own pubic hair!

Witnesses say the woman walked into the gym crying hysterically, went right to Hugh and started screaming "I love you" . . . then she pulled the razor out of her waistband and threw it at him. Staff intervened and the woman took off but was arrested her a few blocks away.

Jackman told police he's had previous run-ins with the woman ... claiming she had shown up at his home and his daughter's school. And while he called the incident "frightening", he added, quote, "Here's a woman who obviously needs help so I just hope she gets the help she needs."

ARE OZZY AND SHARON OSBOURNE SPLITTING UP?!: OZZY and SHARON OSBOURNE are currently living apart and haven't seen each other in weeks -- that according to the rarely-if-ever-reliable British tabloid The Sun. They recently sold off a couple homes in the Los Angeles area, and Sharon is has moved into a new Beverly Hills mansion, while Ozzy rented a mansion just a few minutes away.

A source tells the tab, "They aren’t acting like husband and wife," adding, "[they've] had plenty of opportunities to meet up but haven't spent any time together at all." Another source supposedly "close to the couple" tells London's Daily Mail that the fall out between them is down to financial problems and unpaid tax bill.

Son JACK hit up Twitter to deny the rumor ... Tweeting, "It's all bulls**t. Last time I check a lot of British newspapers weren't amazing sources of accurate information." Sharon's rep Tweeted a vague denial, as well. Quote, "still together." Meanwhile, Ozzy and Sharon have both been photographed in recent weeks without their wedding rings. (PHOTO) (PHOTO)

WILL FERRELL GETS STAGE BOMBED AT  AWARDS SHOW: The MTV Movie Awards were held last night in Los Angeles, and the biggest moment of the night was someone getting stage-bombed. This time it was AUBREY PLAZA from the TV show "Parks and Recreation," pulling a Kanye on WILL FERRELL.

Ferrell -- who showed up in a three-piece suit covered in dollar bills to accept the Comedic Genius Award -- was giving his acceptance speech when Plaza jumped onstage and tried to grab the award out of his hands. He tried to pretend the whole thing was planned, but it wasn't. Aubrey, who had a drink in her hand and wasn't wearing shoes,returned to her seat but was asked to leave shortly thereafter.

SPLITSVILLE – POPULATION JANE SEYMOUR: JANE SEYMOUR and husband James Keach are getting divorced after two decades of marriage. Radaronline claims the 67-year-old Seymour kicked her hubby out of the house after she suspected he had been cheating.

“Jane and James have been having problems for years now, but she’s finally had it with his antics and kicked him out of the house a few weeks ago,” says a source. Insiders say Jane put up with James’ wandering eye for years, but finally threw in the towel after hearing he had become close to a woman that she knew.

ROMANCE REPORT - MATT MARRIES AGAIN: MATT DAMON and his wife Luciana renewed their wedding vows on the Caribbean island of St. Lucia Saturday. Damon reportedly spent nearly $1 million to rent out the entire Sugar Beach resort for his family and guests. The couple married in a civil ceremony in 2005, but never had a big wedding celebration.

According to Us Weekly, Damon wore a tan colored suit and flip-flops to the sunset ceremony, with Luciana dressed in a cream colored gown. The pair’s daughters, Isabella 6, Gia, 4, Stella, 2 and Alexia, Luciana’s daughter from a previous marriage, wore dresses similar in color to their mom. Following the 15-minute ceremony, all the guests headed down to the beach for a cocktail reception.
