KANYE WEST ATTACKS PHOTOG: After weeks of scolding the paparazzi and even pawing at their cameras, KANYE WEST finally got physical with one of them. (PHOTO) (PHOTO)

TMZ reports West walked out of a terminal at LAX and was immediately surrounded by photographers, most of whom were following Kanye's recent directive and not trying to engage him in conversation. But one of them -- a guy named Daniel Ramos -- was a bit more brave than the rest. He kept asking Kanye why they're not allowed to talk to him.

Kanye told him to stop, adding, quote, "You're trying to get me in trouble so I have to pay you, like, $250,000." But even though he seemed to understand Ramos was just trying to goad him,‘Ye couldn't help himself and tried to grab Ramos' camera, knocking him over. Authorities were called as Kanye fled the scene in a waiting car. Ramos was taken to the hospital, supposedly suffering back injuries. Word is he wants to press charges for attempted robbery. The L.A. P.D. is currently investigating and there are reports this could be treated as an attempted robbery, which would be a felony.

In a bizarre twist that could only happen in Hollywood ... the paparazzi Kanye attacked is reportedly the same one Britney Spears went after with an umbrella back in 2007. He's said to have made a small fortune selling those pictures, as well as the umbrella and the SUV she smashed with it, both of which he sold on eBay. (PHOTO) (PHOTO) (PHOTO)

CORY MONTEITH - 'GLEE' WILL GO ON, BUT WEEK LATER THAN SCHEDULED: "Glee" co-creator Ryan Murphy says the show will go on in the wake of CORY MONTEITH'S death. Ryan tells The Hollywood Reporter it was decided "the best thing for everyone is to get back to work and be around people who knew him and loved him so that everyone can grieve together."

Ryan reportedly told LEA MICHELE no one would fault her if "she decided that the show or her role in it should not continue" but, he says Michele "bravely" suggested that wasn't an option. The season will now start September 26th -- a week later than scheduled -- with production set to begin in August rather than late July. However, producers haven't decided yet how to address Cory's absence on the show. The current plan is to pay tribute to the late star during the show's third episode.

TODAY IN STRANGE AMANDA BYNES BEHAVIOR - BOOTED FROM NYC HOTEL: AMANDA BYNES' alleged weed smoking and insults have gotten her in trouble again -- this time reportedly getting her thrown out of the Ritz-Carlton in New York City.

According to TMZ, Amanda was toking up every day despite warnings from hotel staff. She also allegedly made a woman at the front desk cry when she told her she was "too ugly" to check her in. Amanda then offered the staffer plastic surgery services. Prior to getting the boot, Bynes is said to have racked up a $2,000 room service bill. A check of her bill shows Bynes placed more than 40 individual orders at $60 to $70 each. Amanda denies the story, saying she left the hotel voluntarily -- and does not smoke weed.

Although wifey wasn’t “pissed” – she was actually “proud my husband looks so hot!" -- Geraldo deleted the post anyway, replacing it with a tweet hat read, "Note to self: no tweeting after 1am." What do you think, super hot or oh, so not? Frankly, I'd be happy to look like that at age 70. I just wouldn't be showing it to the world. Now the ladies at the rest home, hell-to-the-yes, I'd show it to them all day!
