In the course of the conversation, Justin found out Giana is a "Make-a-Wish" kid who recently underwent brain surgery to correct a blockage in her pituitary gland. Upon learning that, he asked Tina if he could please meet Giana, and TMZ says he “waited patiently” while Tina went outside to get her. JT then spent several minutes chatting with her. When Giana asked if she could take a picture, Justin was more than happy to accommodate her – on one condition: if she agreed to make the photo her screen saver. She did. (PHOTO) (PHOTO)

Her mother KRIS JENNER, on the other hand, is not as optimistic. According to the New York Daily News Jenner held “an emergency two-hour meeting and had multiple phone conversations this week” with divorce attorney to the stars Laura Wasser.
Word is Kris has taken charge and is making preemptive moves because she thinks Khloe is “too emotional” and as the saying goes, can’t see the forest for the trees. The newspaper’s confidential sources say Khloe “is in love and does not want a divorce” and believes there can still be a happy ending, provided Odom gets clean. MICHAEL DOUGLAS AND CATHERINE ZETA 'TAKING A BREAK' FROM EACH OTHER: CATHERINE ZETA-JONES and MICHAEL DOUGLAS have separated. Two sources close to the couple tell People magazine that after almost 13 years of marriage, they're “taking a break.”
Neither, however, has made any legal moves One of the insiders says that Michael's cancer battle and Catherine's issues with bi-polar disorder have simply taken their toll on the couple.
COULD BE TRUE, BUT PROBABLY CRAP - FAITH HILL AND TIM MCGRAW GETTING DIVORCED: The sometimes-but-not-always-reliable National Enquirer has a cover story claiming TIM MCGRAW and FAITH HILL are thisclose to getting divorced. And just to make things more interesting, they added TAYLOR SWIFT into the mix.
The tab claims the 16-year marriage has, quote, "hit rock bottom amid furious clashes and suspected infidelities" and "Tim is threatening to walk for good." And a big part of those alleged clashes is the "sexual chemistry" between Tim and Taylor. The self-described rumor busting website Gossip Cop asked Faith's people about it and they, quote, "scoffed" at the idea. Then they reached out to Tim's rep who said the claims are, quote "totally false and ridiculous."
LAMAR ODOM ON DRUGS WHILE IN NBA/REJECTS INTERVENTION FROM TEAMMATES: Not only is LAMAR ODOM'S marriage in jeopardy, so is his basketball career. According to TMZ, the L.A. Clippers refused to re-sign the free agent amid allegations that he's abusing drugs.
NBA sources say team execs "really wanted" to pick up Khloe Kardashian's husband over the summer, but they couldn't reach him. Nonetheless, the Clippers kept pursuing him because he performed well last season, but once news broke that he's addicted to crack cocaine, they signed someone else.
In related news ... More details have been revealed about the extent of his alleged drug use, which makes the situation seem even more dire for Lamar. According to TMZ, Odom was doing drugs while he was playing for the Dallas Mavericks and there is also evidence he was doing the same thing while playing for the Los Angeles Lakers. Sources said Lamar was smoking Oxycontin and cocaine at least part of the time he was playing for the Mavs.
Other sources, these connected to a Westin hotel in Memphis, told TMZ that in March of 2012, shortly before Lamar was cut from the Mavs, he stayed in one of the rooms and caused major damage. They allegedly found burn marks on the carpet, white powder on the desk and the room reeked of noxious smoke.
Meanwhile ... Radar Online reports that Odom’s teammates from the Los Angeles Clippers and his former teammates from the Lakers tried to stage an intervention late Monday afternoon in a Los Angeles hotel room. The talks lasted three hours, during which Odom appeared to be under the influence of a substance. The not-always-reliable gossip site claims he ultimately bolted from the room and refused to return.
