KIM'S LAWYER ACCUSES KRIS HUMPHRIES OF STALLING DIVORCE CASE: Is KRIS HUMPHRIES stalling his divorce from KIM KARDASHIAN to keep himself in the spotlight? Kim's lawyer thinks so.
"I feel that his personal feelings and maybe some media drive is keeping this case alive," Laura Wasser told a judge Friday. Wasser added that the two are now eligible for divorce because it has been six months since the filing. She then warned that Kris, who's seeking an annulment from Kim claiming fraud, will have to pay big bucks if the case goes to trial and Kim wins.
LINDSAY LOHAN IN THE CLEAR OVER ALLEGED HIT AND RUN WHILE AMANDA BYNES IN ANOTHER HIT AND RUN: LINDSAY LOHAN is off the hook for that alleged hit-and-run. Linds won't face prosecution over a nightclub manager's claims that the she hit him with her car back in March after police found no evidence that an accident had occurred.
Meanwhile ... AMANDA BYNES seems to be picking up where Lohan is leaving off. Bynes was involved in another hit-and-run Friday night in Hollywood. According to TMZ, a man claims he was sideswiped by a Range Rover. When the SUV didn't stop, he called police. And for some reason, a police helicopter and six squad cars were reportedly deployed over this nonsense. Cops caught up to the vehicle, and discovered the driver was Amanda. She reportedly told the officers she had no idea she had struck another car. Damage was minimal, and she wasn't given a citation. She and the other driver exchanged insurance info, and that was that.
Last month, Amanda was arrested for DUI after she clipped a police car. A week later she backed over a curb while texting, but there weren't any cops around, so she didn't get in trouble for that. In March, she got a ticket for talking on her phone while driving, but drove off before the cop brought the ticket to her car for her signature. She later went to the police station and signed it, though.
