Hollywood Dirt: Justin Timberlake Proposes to Jessica Biel + Ashton Kutcher Still Chillin’ with Demi ‘Look-a-like’

JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE POPS THE QUESITON!!!: According to Us Weekly, JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE and JESSICA BIEL are engaged!!! Insiders tell the tab Timberlake popped the question in the mountains of Jackson, Wyoming in late December.

"Justin knows how much she loves snowboarding and the mountains, so it was the perfect place," one insider explains. Another insider adds that despite their on-again, off-again status Justin has "never been happier" with Jessica, and that "he knew it was the right time" to take their relationship to the next level.

Unfortunately we're going to have to wait until Friday when the new issue hits the stands for more details on the couple's engagement, including how Timberlake and Biel broke the news to friends and family. Ugh! It's like waiting until Christmas morning to unwrap a gift. Stay tuned!

ASHTON KUTCHER STILL HANGING OUT WITH DEMI 'LOOK-ALIKE': ASHTON KUTCHER is continuing to spend his time with supposed DEMI MOORE look-alike Lorene Scafaria -- even though his rep claims the two are just friends. Us Weekly, though, reports Ashton has been romantically involved with Scafaria since February. The pair met while Kutcher tried out for a film she wrote. A source told the tab, quote, ‘Ashton started seeing her while each was in a relationship.’

Radar Online reported the pair were in Athens last week looking "very, very friendly" with Ashton putting his arm around Lorene and the two putting flowers in each other's hair.

If by "look-a-like" they mean she has straight, black hair then, okay, she looks like Demi. Other than that, there's not much of a resemblance. But we report, you decide ...
