JUDGE SAYS HALLE BERRY MUST PAY: HALLE BERRY has been ordered to pay $20,000 a month in child support to her ex Gabriel Aubry. He's hotter than the El Paso summer, got to hit dat for a few years, and now she's paying him 20 grand a month!!!??? Some guys have all the luck.
And it ain't over between the two. Halle and Gabriel are still fighting over whether or not Halle can take their daughter Nahla and move to Paris to be with her boyfriend OLIVIER MARTINEZ.

KRIS HUMPRHIES WANTS KANYE TO APPEAR IN DIVORCE COURT: Here's an update to yesterday's story that KIM KARDASHIAN'S lawyers served KRIS HUMPHRIE'S alleged ex-girlfriend with a subpoena Monday. According to TMZ, Kim's lawyer wants to know if Kris said anything about his 72-day marriage which might relate to his claim that Kim defrauded him.
Word on the street is that Kris now wants to serve KANYE WEST a subpoena to appear in divorce court. A friend of Kris' told the Perezhilton gossip site, quote, "Since Kanye is so involved in Kim's life now and has been featured on the Kardashians' shows, he could...help Kris' fraud case against Kim." Kanye may be forced to reveal, for example, if scenes in 'Keeping Up With The Kardashians' are scripted and if he was with Kim while she was with Kris.

CHRISTINA AGUILERA REPORTEDLY SNUBS HER DYING GRANDPARENTS: It's no secret that CHRISTINA AGUILERA has been estranged from her father, so it's not surprising that she hasn't spoken to her paternal grandparents. According to Star magazine, Christina's uncle wants Christina to make ammends with the family because her grandparents are reportedly really sick.
He tells the tabloid, "I don't know how much longer they're going to last. Time is running out. I know how much joy it would give my parents if she came back into our lives again. It would mean the world to them if they could see Christina before they die." Although there has been no comment from Xtina or her people at this point, earlier this year Christina had suggested she and her father might be able to rebuild their relationship.
