IT’S ON BETWEEN THE ‘IDOL’ JUDGES! MARIAH AND NICKI MINAJ 'DON'T LIKE EACH OTHER': Forget the Battle of I-10, you guys! The real battle is the one for control of the ‘American Idol’ judges table!!!

TMZ reports the diva war between judges MARIAH CAREY and NICKI MINAJ went down right on cue during the very first taping of ‘American Idol’ last night (Sunday) in NYC.

According to the gossip site, “when Nicki started critiquing a contestant, Mariah would interrupt -- not once, but many times. Each time Mariah interrupted, Nicki fought back by loudly talking over Mariah.” And although the pop divas tried to act like it was all good between them, an on-set insider told TMZ it’s quite evident "these girls just don't like each other."

Just before launching into her song "Masterpiece," Madonna told the crown she was dedicating the song to Gaga. "You wanna know something?" she told the crowd, "I love her. I do. Imitation is the highest form of flattery." She then added cryptically -- or was it sarcastically? -- "One day very soon we're going to be on stage together. Just you wait. Think I'm kidding? I'm not Lady Gaga."

Later in the show, Madge once again mixed her song “Express Yourself” with bits of Gaga’s “Born This Way” to spotlight yet again the similarities between the two songs.

CELEBRITIES BEHAVING BADLY - AMANDA BYNES HAS HER CAR IMPOUNDED: Los Angeles residents are rejoicing this morning at the news that their streets are a little safer today now that AMANDA BYNES has had her car taken away! Amanda has been spotted driving several times in the last couple of weeks despite a judge taking her driving privileges away last month after two separate hit-and-run incidents. Last week she was photographed behind the wheel smoking what appeared to be pot, and last Thursday she was involved in a fender bender-like incident leaving a parking spot.

SOURCES SAY BYNES HAS MENTAL ISSUES: Meanwhile, sources who have had contact with Bynes tell TMZ they think she has serious mental issues. Witnesses at her gym claim she has been showing signs of delusional behavior. In addition to talking to herself, they tell the gossip site Amada would be on a machine, suddenly stop and start “laughing hysterically for no reason.”

Amanda’s neighbors have also chimed in, telling TMZ they've witnessed Bynes have long conversations with inanimate objects, but admit they have not contacted friends or authorities because they don’t want to get involved.

The gossip site adds that Bynes has been telling friends she is not a dope smoker and she does not have any mental issues. Bynes reportedly swears that “everything's fine” and those rumors about a breakdown are “being blown way out of proportion”.
