BRITNEY B.S. - IS BRITNEY 'MENTALLY INCAPABLE' OF GETTING MARRIED???!!!: BRITNEY SPEARS seems to be back on track professionally, but her mom and dad are allegedly keeping a tight rein on her love life.

A “friend” tells Fox News that Brit really wants to marry boyfriend Jason Trawick, but her people "are afraid that [she could be thrown] back into depression and instability. They're avoiding all situations that could derail her progression."  Spears recently told Harper’s Bazaar that she’s contemplating marriage if “the timing is right.” But the truth is she couldn't say, "I do" even if she wanted to.

“For a legal marriage to take place in California, a person must have the ability to make legally binding decisions. Just signing the marriage license requires this,” explained a California attorney consulted for the article.  “As far as the law is concerned, Britney is a child.” And for the conservatorship can be terminated, the lawyer said Britney will have to show the court she’s capable of functioning as a responsible adult. So who knows how long Trawick could be waiting before becoming Mr. Britney Spears.

Brit, by the way, will be touring this summer to support her new album, "Femme Fatale", and is busy getting nicely toned for the tour ...

BRANGELINA COULD BE TRUE BUT PROBABLY CRAP: The "Star" tabloid is claiming ANGELINA JOLIE raged on BRAD PITT after she found out he interviewed a potential nanny - without her, min you - who was a dead ringer for JENNIFER ANISTON!!!

Their source says that when Angelina found out she , quote, "absolutely lost it, and the two had a horrible fight the day after Mother's Day. She is livid; she feels lied to and deceived." The potential nanny cannot not just look like Jen, the source adds she can’t be blond either because having blonde nannies would remind Angie of his other famous ex, GWYNETH PALTROW.
