Hollywood Dirt: How Much Time Will Lindsay Lohan Actually Serve?
LINDSAY GOES TO JAIL: Yet another judge went easy on LINDSAY LOHAN Lindsay yesterday, sentencing her to 30 days in jail after Lindsay admitted in court that she violated her probation by getting booted from her community service at a Los Angeles women's shelter.
This time, however, Lindsay wasn't taken into custody immediately. Why? Because Lindsay's attorney said she needed time to finish her "Playboy" magazine shoot. Sautner gave her until November 9th to surrender. (--More on the "Playboy" shoot below.)
WILL LINDSAY SPEND ANY ACTUAL TIME IN JAIL?: So how much actual will Lindsay spend in The Big House? It's tough to say. It could only be mere hours or maybe one night. Some Internet sources say she'll only have to serve 20% of her sentence, which would be six days. Others claim they're going to check her in and then back out again almost immediately. In both scenarios, the justification for letting her off would be jail overcrowding.
But then there's this: A few weeks ago, L.A. County Sheriff Lee Baca said that if Lindsay did get sent back to jail, quote, "We have room for her."
Two things we know for sure ...It definitely won't be the 90 days that prosecutors were requesting, and, two, Judge Sautner refused to let Lindsay serve any of her time under house arrest so her sentence, whatever it is, will be served at the Lynwood Correctional Facility in downtown L.A. This, by the way, will be her FIFTH time checking into the joint.
THE PLAYBOY SHOOT: Instead of taking her into custody immediately, the judge gave her until November 9th to surrender because Lindsay's attorney said she needed time to finish her "Playboy" magazine shoot. There hasn't been any official word why "Playboy" even needs Lindsay back, but word is HUGH HEFNER wasn't happy with the pics that were shot last week, and he's hiring another photographer to do them over again. We've also heard that contrary to earlier reports, Lindsay is NOT taking everything off or going full-frontal. More than likely she'll go topless and show bare buttocks, and that's it. Insert sad trombone here.
KARDASHIAN KAOS KONTINUES:KIM and KHLOE KARDASHIAN are in Australia pimping their new handbag line, And yesterday they appeared on a TV morning show, where Kim revealed it was "intuition" that led her to "follow her heart" and end the marriage ...
She also reiterated that she's a little disappointed in us for doubting her motives in getting married in the first place.
2. According to 'Us Weekly', the wedding almost didn't happen in the first place. One of Kim's pals tells the mag that she got cold feet before walking down the aisle and thought about pulling the plug on the whole made-for-TV spectacle. The insider says, "She knew it was wrong before they were even married .... They were not seeing eye to eye and it felt wrong. She was calling friends, telling them she didn't want to do it."
3. E! Online reports that Kim is no longer following Kris on Twitter. He's still following her, though. Speaking of Kris, he was supposed to host an event at a nightclub in Vegas Saturday, but has canceled "to focus on his personal life."
ASHTON KUTCHER COULD BE TRUE COULD BE CRAP - DID BRUCE WILLIS REDUCE HIM TO TEARS???: This is courtesy of The "National Enquirer" so take it with a grain of salt, but it's too good to pass up.
The tab claims BRUCE WILLIS got all up in ASHTON KUTCHER'S grill and gave him a verbal beat down that reduced Ashton to tears!!! Their source says Willis quote, "reamed Ashton for his cheating...and humiliating not just ex-wife Demi, but his three daughters as well. Ashton [eventually] broke down in tears, weeping uncontrollably as he begged for forgiveness [and vowed], 'I will NEVER, EVER cheat again!'"
DEMI MOORE COULD BE TRUE COULD BE CRAP - DID SHE HAVE AN AFFAIR OF HER OWN???: In its new issue, "In Touch Weekly" is making claims that DEMI MOORE hasn't been entirely innocent throughout her marriage to Ashton. They quote sources as saying she herself had a fling in 2009 with a 27-year-old actor she and Ashton befriended. So-called friends tell the tab Demi took it upon herself to show the aspiring actor BEN HOLLINGSWORTH the ropes, and introduced him to Ashton. That eventually led to Ben getting a part on the CW show "The Beautiful Life", which Ashton was producing.
The betrayal allegedly happened after a night of partying.Demigave Ben a ride home, and according to the insider, “They wound up having sex in the back of the car." The story goes that as Ben grew closer to Ashton, he "felt bad about it" and called it off with Demi.
BRADLEY COOPER'S MOM CALLS J-LO A NO-GO: Some guys' mothers would be thrilled to have their son become romantically involved with JENNIFER LOPEZ. BRADLEY COOPER'S mom is not one of them. According to the National Enquirer, the actor's mom thinks J-Lo is bad news, and a carbon copy of Bradley's ex, JENNIFER ESPOSITO, who divorced him after less than a year back in 2007. A source tells the tabloid, "She believes [Lopez] is superficial and concerned more about money and material things. She wants Bradley to end the relationship now before he gets hurt."

Bieber's rep tells Radar Online "While we haven't yet seen the lawsuit, it's sad that someone would fabricate malicious, defamatory, and demonstrably false claims. We will vigorously pursue all available legal remedies to defend and protect Justin against these allegations." Bieber denies the woman's claim that he fathered her baby and I believe him. How could he father a baby when his testicles haven't even descended yet?
