FIRST PHOTOS OF JESSICA SIMPSON'S WEIGHT LOSS STRUGGLES SURFACE: JESSICA SIMPSON recently opened up about her struggle to lose the baby weight, admitting that she let herself eat whatever she wanted while she was pregnant, which led to her piling on the pounds.
Jess will reveal her post-baby body this coming Monday on the season premiere of KATIE COURIC'S new talk show -- no doubt aided by the modern wonder that is Spanx -- but it's TMZ who has the first pics of Simpson, post-Maxwell.

IS THE HEIDI KLUM/SEAL DIVORCE ABOUT TO GET UGLY?: SEAL is reportedly getting ready to sling some divorce mud. According to RadarOnline, because of recent reports that HEIDI KLUM was hooking up with her bodyguard while still married to Seal, he supposedly intends on using that relationship as leverage to get a bigger divorce settlement out of Heidi.
A source tells the gossip site, "He's fuming that Heidi admitted she's been dating Martin for three months. It's a real blow to his ego and he now wants more money from her in the divorce settlement - just because she's dating somebody before the paperwork is settled."
TMZ, however, claims no shakedown is imminent. They say Heidi and Seal are close to settling their divorce because Seal fully recognizes the post nuptial agreement he signed and will honor it.
IS TAYLOR SWIFT’S ‘NEVER EVER’ ABOUT JAKE GYLLENHAAL?!: Ever since TAYLOR SWIFT dropped her latest song ‘We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together” a few weeks ago, the identity of the ex Taylor denied has been a hot guessing game. Swift dated Gyllenhaal briefly at the end of 2010, and apparently three weeks after their fling imploded, Gyllenhaal flew to Nashville to try and sweep Swift off her feet and win her back. But she obviously wasn’t having any of it. But the mag isn’t just taking the insider’s word for it. They point out that the fact that Noah Mills, her co-star in the ‘WANEGBT’ video, resembles Jake is another hint she’s singing about Gyllenhaal in the song.
CELEBRITIES IN TROUBLE - AMANDA BYNES TO BE CHARGED FOR TWO HIT-AND-RUNS: AMANDA BYNES is going to face the consequences of her bad driving. Last month, prosecutors in LA reopened a hit-and-run case from this past April after Bynes was accused of causing another accident and then fleeing back in August.
Now the LA City Attorney is charging Bynes with two counts of misdemeanor hit and run. She’s due in court September 27th. If convicted, she faces up to a year in jail. Or six hours. Whichever comes first.
