Hollywood Dirt: Death Certificate Released – What Killed Whitney? + Was She Secretly Gay? And More

WAS WHITNEY HOUSTON SECRETLY GAY??? AND DID HER SECRET LEAD HER TO ADDICTION???: For years there have been rumors about WHITNEY HOUSTON'S  secret relationship with former assistant Robyn Crawford, who Whitney met when she was 16. And that secret relationship is why Whitney turned to alcohol and drugs, according to gay rights activist Peter Tatchell.

Tatchell told the U.K's Daily Star he thinks Houston was a closeted lesbian, and unhappy about living a lie, and that, quote, "her inability to accept and express her same-sex love contributed to her substance abuse and decline." He also claims Whitney was pressured into marrying BOBBY BROWN for image reasons.

Bobby himself alluded to ... well, something ... in his biography, writing that their marriage "was doomed from the very beginning," adding, "I realize Whitney had a different agenda than I did…I believe her agenda was to clean up her image ….The media was accusing her of having a bisexual relationship…since she was the American Sweetheart and all, that didn't do too well with her image."

WHITNEY HOUSTON FUNERAL TO BE STREAMED ONLINE: Whitney's private funeral won't be so private after all. Houston's publicist announced yesterday the ceremony Saturday in Newark, New Jersey will be shown online. The AP will stream the service on livestream.com/aplive.

Meanwhile ... ABC News says BOBBY BROWN *has* been contacted by Whitney's family about attending the service.TMZ had been reporting that Bobby had been told by her family he was not welcomed at her funeral.

UPDATE - DEATH CERTIFICATE RELEASED - WHAT KILLED WHITNEY?: Whitney Houston's official death certificate has been released, but the official cause of her passing will remain a mystery for the time being. The immediate cause of death is listed as "deferred" and the manner of death is noted to be "pending investigation."

IN DENIAL - REGGIE BUSH: Apparently the expensive lunch date KIM KARDASHIAN and REGGIE BUSH had over the weekend was nothing more than two old flames catching up. Reggie himself denied it was back on to TMZ. Although I'm not fully convinced. It wasn't  exactly what one would call a strong denial. We Report, You Decide ...

KATY PERRY WINS CUSTODY OF CAT: Not only does KATY PERRY get to keep all her money in the divorce, she also gets custody of the cat. Katy and soon-to-be ex RUSSELL BRAND have worked out a custody agreement for Krusty the Cat, the kitty the couple adopted in May 2010. Word is the former Mr. and Mrs. Brand worked out an arrangement for the animal during a brief meeting in Los Angeles last week.

CHARLIE SHEEN BLASTS HIS OLD SHOW - CALLS IT 'PILE OF ASS': CHARLIE SHEEN and his old bosses at Warner Bros. are beefin’ again. Warner sent a cease-and-desist letter to the folks behind his upcoming new TV show for using a promo photo of Charlie taken during his ‘Two and a Half Men’ days ( See below). The letter reads, "That you are using Warner's intellectual property for a commercial purpose -- namely, to sell another show -- is especially egregious."

Charlie responded in his usual charming way, telling TMZ, "I'm thrilled. It insulates me from having to redundantly see myself in the idiotic bowling shirt. Perhaps if Warner Bros. spent as much time and energy focusing on THEIR show, it wouldn't be such a steaming pile of ass."

WILL DOLLY BE 'DANCING WITH THE STARS'???: DOLLY PARTON may be heading for 'Dancing With the Stars'. The gossip site Hollywood Life is reporting that Dolly is close to signing on the dotted line and that she's requested to dance with the show's Mark Ballas. Imagine having to put all of this into those skimpy costumes they wear. Ay, chihuahua!
