In the most anticipated celebrity child since Angelina popped out Shiloh Nouvel Jolie-Pitt, Beyonce has finally given birth!!! TMZ says Bey welcomed daughter Ivy Blue Carter via c-section late Saturday at Lenox Hill Hospital in NYC. According to The New York Daily News, Knowles and proud pappa Jay-Z rented the entire fourth floor of the hospital for the birth.
