"Us Weekly" breathlessly reports a source spotted the pair "deep in conversation and very giggly" at an Italian restaurant in Los Angeles earlier this month, and wonders if Zac is setting himself up to be a future Taylor Swift song.

But another source says it was NOT a romantic hookup. "They were in L.A. doing press stuff together, and after they were done, they decided to grab dinner. They have been friends a long time."

DOES ANGELINA JOLIE HATE STACY KEIBLER??? WILL IT RUIN BRAD AND CLOONEY'S RELATIONSHIP???: It's a well known fact that GEORGE CLOONEY and BRAD PITT are best buddies. The women in their lives, though, not so much.

"Us Weekly" claims ANGELINA JOLIE hates George's new girlfriend, STACY KEIBLER. Things supposedly got uncomfortable when the four of them flew on a private jet to a film festival earlier this month. A source says Angie "refused to acknowledge that Stacy was even on the plane" going out of her way "to ignore [Keibler], from takeoff to landing." Added the anonymous source, "She would not even look Stacy's way." The tab claim the reason Jolie hates Stacy is because she's not a, quote, "girly girl."

But according to Us Weekly, that’s not the only thing that could drive a wedge between Pitt and Clooney. George, they say, is not a big Angelina Jolie fan. Says their source, quote, "He thinks Angelina is boring and not good company at all. He does not like to spend time with her."

The New York Post reports KRIS JENNER’S demands for complete editorial control killed the deal to launch a Karadashian-devoted magazine with American Media. Kris reportedly wanted approval on ALL stories about her family across ALL the publisher's titles, including stories that would run on Star, The National Enquirer and Radar Online.

In other tragic Kardashian Knews … your young daughters will NOT get the opportunity to play with KARDASHIAN Barbies because they're not being made. We don't know if there was ever a deal in place and it got scrapped or if initial reports were bogus to begin with. Either way, Mattel felt the need to release an official statement: "As popular as the Kardashian sisters are, at this point in time we are not manufacturing Barbie-branded Kardashian dolls."

HEATHER LOCKLEAR, JACK WAGNER TO BE QUESTIONED OVER FIGHT: Heather Locklear and Jack Wagner could face charges over a violent fight they had before the actress's medical scare last week.

An official tells the New York Daily News, "There was some sort of physical altercation back in December. A police report was generated and forwarded to our office for review." The Los Angeles City Attorney's Office is looking into the post-breakup fight and has asked the former couple to appear for an informal meeting with prosecutors. A law enforcement source tells TMZ, "She lost it on him, and he retaliated." The couple called off their three-month engagement in November.

BABY POOP: SARAH DREW, who plays Dr. April Kepner on "Grey's Anatomy", gave birth to a son, Micah Emmanuel Lanfer, Wednesday. Us Weekly reports that Micah weighed in at 7 lbs, 4 oz and was 19 inches long at time of birth.
