The Plaza Classic Film Festival will be spreading George Bailey-style holiday cheer this Sunday, Dec. 10, when it hosts a free screening of It’s a Wonderful Life at the Plaza Theatre.

Released in 1946, the Jimmy Stewart classic remains one of America's favorite Christmas movies of all-time. Its message of hope and family hearkens back to a more simpler time when Christmas wasn't so commercialized. And that feeling will be extra nostalgic watching such a classic film in such a historic theater.
