Help Police Find This Burglar Who Was Caught On Tape Breaking Into A Horizon City Restaurant [VIDEO]

The Moonlight Bar and Grill in Horizon was robbed this week and it was all caught on tape. The man hid in the restaurant and then proceeded to break into the cash boxes after the employees left for the night.
