Healthy Eating with Juice Diet
I've lost twenty five pounds with the "Mean Green" juice diet. I still have a long way to go but I happy that I have progress. I truly believe that everyone's body is different, so you need to find what works for you. Juicing fruits and vegetables made sense to me. I don't believe in fad diets. I know processed food is bad for me and I don't have a lot of time to always eat healthy. Juicing is simple (cleaning the machine isn't so great) and you're eating lots of fruits and vegetables (abeit in juice form). I really feel better when I juice. I'm also saving money on eating out! Check with you doctor before starting any diet.
Mean Green Juice:
8 Kale leafs
4 Celery stalks
2 Green Apples
1 Cucumber
piece of Ginger
half a lemon
