Halloween is just around the corner and all it's deliciousness! Chocolate, sugar and all the candy galore! What cadies are the "healthiest" to eat?

I know it's hard to resist sticking your hands into the trick or treat bag when you're dieting, so maybe reward yourself with a piece. But you don't have to ruin your whole diet with one piece. Some candies actually don't have too many calories. You'd be surprised! Let's start the list with the MOST calories working our way to the LEAST calories.

    Unfortunately for me this is my favorite candy and probably NOT a great choice if you are watching calories. One Snickers bar contains 280 calories! Bleh...but I digress.

    Not just a football term, but a big "no no" when trying to watch your girlish figure. A whopping 270 calories lives inside of one of these bad boys. So if you are a bad boy and cheat on a diet, go right ahead and eat while I watch and hate you.

    What can be so bad about peanut butter? Peanut butter is good for you right? WRONG. A package of these has 210 calories. Not just a nut anymore huh?

    This one shocked me because they are so small and individually wrapped you can just pop 'em and pop 'em! Well, you're also popping 160 calories in just 4 pieces! Watch out.

    "Gimme a break, gimme a break! Break me off a piece of that.....wait, I better pass..." 210 calories in a little short Kit Kat bar? I'm surprised I wasn't a diabetic child after learning this.

    Now it starts getting better almost cutting that last candy's caloric count in half at 110 calories! Now this seems more feasible to have and not feel so bad. But wait!...there's more...

    No wonder they are so light and fluffy! At only 100 calories for a whole bar, move over 100 calorie snacks! Tonight, I feast...on a 3 Musketeer's bar! Rejoice!

    So much of a difference from Reese's pieces to a Reese's cup! Only 80 calories per large cup. I can live with that.

    I wouldn't mind making out with these lovely confectionate creations! Only 75 calories for 3 pieces and it curbs the craving.

    Everybody TOOTSIE ROLL! These are not only tasty but they keep the 'rolls' away at only 25 calories a piece. Pop 2 and you're home free with your gym membership! Whoo Hooooo! And HAPPY HALLOWEEN!
