Have You Seen This Guy Who’s Accused Of Taking Pictures Of Women In Public Restrooms?

A few months ago, a weirdo was caught putting a video camera underneath a sink in a public restroom in Cielo Vista Mall. He got caught because the camera took footage of him placing the camera in the restroom. Fast forward to this week and the El Paso Police Department asking for the public's help in finding another weirdo who is accused of photographing women at public restrooms across the city.

The first time this alleged peeping tom was reported being a weirdo was December 27 of last year at the Ross store at 655 Sunland Park Drive. Police say he went into the ladies restroom and stayed in a stall for almost an hour, took some pictures, and then took off when he was confronted.

A couple of days earlier the same guy allegedly walked into the ladies restroom at the Fountains at Farah Barnes and Noble store, hung out in a stall in the ladies restroom, and again was confronted by employees. The weirdo said he was confused about which bathroom he was in and left. No one said he was taking photos at that location.

He is also accused of doing the same thing on February 1, at the Ross store at 1848 Joe Battle. In this incident, he was again in the ladies restroom for a long time before being confronted and taking a picture of a woman.

Weirdo dude is described as a black male, in his mid-20’s to early 30’s, thin to average build.
