Happy Birthday, Robert De Niro!

Yesterday, I said Happy Birthday to birthday hottie Timothy Hutton.  Today, it's Robert De Niro's turn!

De Niro has had so many iconic roles over the years, it would be pointless to list them.  My favorite, however, is as the young Vito Corleone in the Godfather II.   Oh.  Em.  GEEEEE!

This is a long clip and it's got a relatively graphic murder scene, but the way De Niro as Vito Corleone holds baby Michael so tenderly in his arms - the son would ultimately follow in his footsteps and do really bloody things - is heartbreaking....  pass the spaghetti, please!
