Best ‘Scare Tactics’ Ever [VIDEOS]

What with today being Halloween, I thought I'd share with you my two all-time favorite "Scare Tactics" episodes. For the uninitiated, 'Scare Tactics' is a hidden camera prank show that puts unsuspecting victims in terrifying situations. A friend or family member who is in on the act usually sets them up. And although the pranks are pretty cruel, I can't help but laugh my butt off watching them. Here are two I consider the all-time funniest:
