How severe was the storm that moved through El Paso Wednesday afternoon? Enough to leave lethal-looking lumps of ice on the ground in one central El Paso neighborhood.

Check out this unbelievable cell phone video Brittany Willis shot as she drove down La Luz Ave. between Hardaway and Reynolds. The accumulated hail on the ground was so thick it resembled ice caps.
