A dog rescued from an icy lake a day earlier is now quarantined and awaiting his fate after biting a Denver television news anchor on her face during a live in-studio segment. Kyle Dyer was conducting an interview on KUSA-TV with the firefighter who rescued the dog after it fell into a frigid lake Tuesday while chasing a coyote, and as she was wrapping up the interview she leaned in to kiss the dog. That's when 'Max' lunged and bite her on the face.

Dyer is said to be doing well after reconstructive surgery on her lip. Max is being quarantined until a judge can rule on the dog's fate. I sure hope the judge takes into consideration the news anchor's bad judgement. I would never get all up in a strange dog's grill like that.
