C-SPAN's phone screener got owned Tuesday morning after putting through some guy who asked New Hampshire's Republican Party chairman Wayne MacDonald what his thoughts were on  presidential candidate Mitt Romney's down there parts!

The prankster started off with what seemed like a legitimate question, but then suddenly veered left and asked MacDonald about Romney's penis size! The screener hung up on him immediately, but it took the embarrassed, obviously rattled, C-SPAN host a second or two to regain her composure.
