If you are looking to add a bit of culture to your weekend then go check out the Annual Oaxaca Mole Festival!

Sounds like fun doesn’t it? I’ve personally never been but I’m already thinking ‘mole’ yummm!!

The festival will feature plenty of family fun with the traditional Oaxacan dance group, Centeot followed by fairly-traded artisan goods from Oaxaca.

You can also purchase clothing, jewelry, black clay pottery, and even stock up on local produce at the Mayapan Farmers’ Market!

And of course it’s all about the food... featuring Tlayudas, Tamales, Chapulines, and five varieties of Mole!

Like I said, Yummy!
