Spc. Kelly Gregg loves two things most in life - serving her country, and singing for whoever will listen. The former she does daily as a patient administration specialist at William Beaumont Army Medical Center. The latter she had the chance to do in front of and alongside some of the biggest names in country music.

The once in a lifetime opportunity was made possible after Spc. Gregg was selected to represent the Army by the Academy of Country Music for its “All-Star Salute to the Troops” concert. Kelly accompanied The Band Perry on their crossover hit “If I Die Young,” playing guitar and trading verses with lead singer Kimberly Perry.

The show was taped on April 7 in Las Vegas and will be telecast nationwide on May 20, 2014 (Armed Forces Day) at 8. p.m. on CBS. Listen to a couple of clips of her performance below, and read more about Kelly’s big night on the El Paso Times, and Ft. Bliss Buglewebsite.
