On Saturday, Nov., 14, 2015, the El Paso Marketplace Enrollment Team will host an enrollment event at the Marty Robbins Recreation Center to mark the start of Open Enrollment at HealthCare.gov.

It's that time again to start considering your options if you still do not have insurance. Uninsured El Pasoans will be able to get assistance with enrollment and understand their health care options when registering for coverage. HealthCare.gov representatives will also be on-site.

The Marketplace Enrollment Center is now open, providing individuals and families with an opportunity to meet for free with trained enrollment specialists. Enrollment specialists at the centers are knowledgeable about the range of health plans available on HealthCare.gov as well as other public health insurance programs offered in Texas, including Medicaid and the Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP). Enrollment specialists will also help people review their coverage options, find out if they qualify for financial assistance, and sign up or re-enroll in a plan that meets their needs.

Free and confidential in-person enrollment assistance is available through the El Paso Marketplace Enrollment Center from now until the end of January. The center is open Monday – Friday from 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. and evenings and weekends by appointment. Appointments can also be made online at enrollhealthplan.com.
