Free Carnival and Movie Night Celebrating El Paso Vietnam Veterans This Weekend

The public is invited to join the fun at Southwest University Park for a free carnival and movie screening of Star Wars: The Force Awakens, on Saturday, August, 27, 2016.

As part of the Welcome Home El Paso Vietnam Veterans celebration, the public is invited to a free carnival and movie family event.

The event will include a free carnival and will be screening the movie, “Star Wars: The Force Awakens. The carnival will include over 10 local mascots, jumping balloons, face painting, clowns, games and the splash pad will be open. The featured movie: “Star Wars the Force Awakens” will start at 8:15 p.m. or dusk and both stadium entrances at Durango and Santa Fe will be open. Stadium park concessions will be open and no outside food or drinks will be allowed into the park.
