Former Red Power Ranger Arrested for Murdering Roommate

Ricardo Medina Jr., one of the stars of the Power Rangers Samurai, was arrested Saturday for murder.

The former red Power Ranger reportedly stabbed his roommate with a samurai sword at their house in Palmdale California and his girlfriend was there to witness.

Medina and his roommate, Joshua Sutter were engaged in an argument when Sutter forced his way into Medina's room when the former Power Ranger stabbed Sutter in the abdomen with a Samurai Sword he had on display.

The actor called for help himself by dialing 911 and Sutter was taken to the hospital and shortly after arrival was pronounced dead.

Medina was taken into custody and is now at the Palmdale Station Jail Facility. No word on if a bond will be made or what charges have been filed.
