Police were called out to the Downtown Entertainment District around 1 o'clock Sunday morning on reports of gunfire. When they got to Club Khaos at 115 S. Durango Street, they found five people with gunshot wounds. All of the victims were taken to area hospitals and are reportedly in stable condition.

The El Paso Times says the problem started when a customer was asked to leave Club Khaos. That customer is allegedly who opened fire. El Paso Police would not release the names of the victims, and would only say they may have a suspect in custody.

The investigation into the incident continues.
