Troops And Military Spouses Sought For Fort Bliss Job Fair

If you are active duty, National Guard, a member of the Reserves, or a military spouse, you know how hard it is to find a job. Hiring Our Heroes knows the struggles troops and their spouses face, so they're teaming up with Fort Bliss to bring a two-day job fair to El Paso.

Walk-in job seekers are allowed at the job fair (veterans must provide proof of service).

There will be an employment workshop one hour before the hiring fair that will include one-on-one mentoring sessions with all pre-registered and walk-in participants. The sessions will focus on resume building, resume writing, and interviewing techniques for all job-seeking veterans and service member participants.

You have to complete a free electronic pre-registration in order to participate. A maximum of 50 participants will be accepted for the full workshop. There may be coaching sessions for “walk-ins” once the 50 participants have had their coaching sessions.

If you are an employer and you are interested in hiring our military troops, you can participate in the job fair as well. Our troops are excellent employees, so sign up to take part in the job fair.
