Celebrate Dad this weekend at the free Father's Day Celebration at Memorial Park.

Whether you are getting ready to celebrate your husband, dad, grandfather, or another father figure in your life this Father’s Day - celebrate Dad and all he does with a free concert and family picnic featuring plenty of wholesome fun at this year's Father’s Day Celebration at the park.

Although Dad might say that he doesn’t want anything for Father’s Day this year – that’s just code for “I don’t want another tie.”

Get Dad the perfect gift by spending an evening taking in some cool park vibes filled with live music and great local eats while spending time with the whole family.

This year, the City of El Paso Parks and Recreation Department invites everyone to celebrate Dad with a free outdoor concert celebration featuring local food trucks and live entertainment this Saturday beginning at 6 p.m. at Memorial Park in Central El Paso.

Concert Schedule:

  • 6 p.m. - Disco Music
  • 7 p.m. - Legna Villalobos
  • 8 p.m. - Radio Altivo Band

Attendees are encouraged to bring their lawn chairs and blankets to enjoy the show comfortably. Food trucks will also be on-site, and picnics are also welcome; however, grilling will not be permitted on the premises.

  • At the reserve section of Memorial Park (1701 N. Copia)

  • 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.
  • Admission: Free and open to the public
