4. What restaurants and bars will be open? Soho Cocktail Lounge, Café Central, and Kipp's Cheesesteak are just a few of the downtown restaurants and bars that will be open for business tonight. A complete list can be found here.

The important thing to remember about tonight is there will be a lot of people, a lot of cars, and a lot of confusion about how things work. Those things will eventually work themselves out, so just be patient, and let's play ball!
