EPISD Gives 579k Contract To Ex-TEA Official [AUDIO]

Last night, the El Paso Independant School District voted to give a 579 thousand dollar contract to an ex-Texas Education Agency official to investigate the district's cheating scandal.  This is the same guy who said last year that there was no cheating in the district.  But wait, it gets better....

Adam Jones used to work at the TEA and said last year that there was no cheating going on in the Lorenzo Garcia administration.  That, of course, is wrong, because Garcia is now living out a 3 year federal prison sentence for a huuuuge cheating scandal. 

To be fair, it is about 5 minutes of audio, BUT, it's because Mike and I are mocking the EPISD board mercilessly throughout!  It's worth the click, I promise!
