Empty West El Paso Rudolph Lot Site of New Apartments + UTEP Student Housing

The scenery around the UTEP area will be changing again soon. The former Rudolph Chevrolet car lot that sits between Village Inn and Cabo Joe's on N. Mesa and is currently being used for UTEP student parking and game day tailgating is about to get a serious facelift.

El Paso Inc. reports UTEP signed a 50-year lease earlier this month with local developers who will be building "about 100 units of student housing and up to 300 market-priced apartments with ground-floor retail." The newspaper says the new student housing should be ready for the fall 2014 semester
