El Paso’s Free Music Concert Series – Who’s Playing Where This Week

Whether you’re a fan of rock, jazz, cumbias or country, you’ll find a local band performing it at a free outdoor concert series on just about every day of the week this time of the year. Here’s a roundup of who’s playing where this week in El Paso:

Wednesday July 31

The Rudolph Free Music Series at the State Line Bar-B-Q. Shows are 21 and older. On the patio from 8 to 10 p.m. This week, it’s Cory Morrow . More Info

Thursday August 1

Cool Canyon Nights. WestStar Bank presents Cool Canyon Nights in the cool shade of the 1,500-seat McKelligon Canyon Amphitheatre. Music starts at 6:15 p.m. Concessions, including beer, will be for sale. This week, Matt Hires. More Info

Friday August 2

Alfresco! Fridays. This week, Radio La Chusma. 6 p.m. Arts Festival Plaza located between the El Paso Museum of Art and the Plaza Theatre. No outside food or beverages, or pets allowed. More Info

Friday at the Fire. Live music by local bands set against the ambiance of the Freedom Crossing outdoor fireplace. 6- 11 p.m. This week, Mike Minjarez Band. DJ Darrin kicks the night off at 6 p.m.

Sunday August 4

Music under the Stars. Pack a picnic and take the family to the Chamizal National Memorial for an evening of music and dancing under the stars.7:30pm to 9:30pm. This week, Rosco Bandana. More Info

Zin Valle Vineyards Free Music Sundays. Bring your family and friends, pack a picnic and enjoy the afternoon at Zin Valle Vineyards. Free wine tasting and music. 12 Noon to 5 p.m.This week, Dusty Low. More Info
