The El Paso Zoo is adding two new cameras in four animal exhibits to allow virtual guests to experience the El Paso Zoo no matter where they are in the world.

The El Paso Zoo cameras are accessible through a touch of a button, giving anyone access across the world to the zoo’s prairie dogs, sea lions, orangutans, meerkats and giraffes.

The webcams are made possible by funding provided by the Mayor and First Lady Leeser’s Commitment to Care Fund along with the City of El Paso Department of Information Technology Services. The Zoo webcam expansion aligns with the City of El Paso’s strategic plan by creating this innovative recreational and educational program for residents.

The new El Paso Zoo webcams will launch tomorrow morning beginning at 9 a.m.
