Get ready for a creepy, crawly weekend! The El Paso Zoo will be hosting its 12th annual Bug Awareness Weekend on Saturday, August 3 and Sunday, August 4 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Bugs from all over the world will be at the Discovery Center at the El Paso Zoo. Families will also enjoy bug cooking demonstration and tastings by the zoo’s chef from 11a.m to 1 p.m., arts & crafts activities, presentations from local experts, a Bug Crawl around Africa led by giant-sized bugs and much more.

First 1,000 kids each day will receive a Passport for autographs from giant bugs, favorite presenters and Zoo Keepers. See the list of scheduled activities below.
