A viral video of a woman who seemingly left a crateful of puppies in a locked, enclosed pickup truck has El Paso Facebook users up in arms. The woman who posted the video was in the parking lot of the Golden Corral on Nov. 2 when she heard barking from inside the bed of a truck. She notified authorities, but when they got there, all that could be done was to open the truck and see that there were a number of puppies in a crate in the bed of the truck.

The woman driving the truck couldn't be detained, but when she tried to close the lid and leave, firefighters told she couldn't leave with the lid closed. Animal services wasn't able to get to the scene before the woman left, but there is an ongoing investigation into the incident.

If you have any information about the woman in the video, you are asked to call 3-1-1.
