When you log onto Google next month, the doodle you'll be greeted by could be the work of an El Paso second grader.

Mia Portillo, a student at Tippin Elementary in far west El Paso, has been chosen as the winner of the Doodle 4 Google contest for the state of Texas from among 100,000 entries submitted.

The winning entry, titled "Crazy Love", features a cat and a little girl sneezing. The inspiration behind the artwork is Mia's love of the furry, cuddly animal -- an animal she's ironically allergic to.

Her doodle will now compete against the other state winners for a shot at a scholarship and a featured spot on Google's homepage.

Help Mia's art become the next Google Doodle by clicking on the button below. Voting will be open until February 22, 2016. If she wins, her doodle will go live for the whole world to see at Google.com on March 28.
