El Paso Police Warn Sexual Predator Is On The Loose In Manhattan Heights
A series of crimes has a Central El Paso neighborhood on high alert because police say a sexual predator is on the loose there.
El Paso police say they had to warn the residents of the Manhattan Heights area after investigating a number of nighttime home burglaries in which victims were not only robbed, but were sexually assaulted.
The crimes have been reported in Manhattan Heights as well as the surrounding area.
The description of the man whom police say has been breaking into homes and then sexually assaulting and then robbing residents, is rather vague. The suspect is described as a Hispanic man in his 30s, about 5 feet 8-to-10 inches tall with a medium build and short hair. Police say he is covered with tattoos on his arms and neck and speaks both English and Spanish.
