El Paso Police Seeking Help For Missing El Paso Man

El Paso Police are asking for any information on a missing person’s case that has been ongoing for a year now this month.

Ricardo Martinez went missing after leaving his foster home in the 12000 block of Picasso Dr. in El Paso. Ricardo is 31-years-old and suffers from mental deficiencies and is in need of daily medications. Investigators have met with Martinez’ family but they think the long time he has been gone without anyone seeing him has now resulted in foul play.
