El Paso Police Are Investigating The Discovery Of A Dead Body In A Home

El Paso police have had a couple of busy days. One man is dead after an officer involved shooting yesterday morning. A police officer is in stable condition after being shot in a drive-by shooting just a few hours later. Now, officers are investigating the discovery of the body of a dead woman in an eastside home.

Police were called to the home at the intersection of Da Vinci Street and Sal Rasura Court around 5 o'clock this morning. When they got to the scene, they found the body of the unidentified woman inside the home. Red crime scene tape could be seen around the home, which indicates that foul play may have been involved.
There are no details about how the woman died, but EPPD officials say that because of the way the woman was found, they are ruling her death "suspicious".
