El Paso Parks and Rec to Hold Free City-wide Halloween Carnivals

Free Halloween activities will be taking place at all 16 city recreation centers as well as the Esperanza Acosta Moreno library on Halloween night, thanks to the City of El Paso Parks and Recreation Department.

The fun, family friendly festivities will be from 3 – 7 p.m. on Friday, October 31, and will include costume contests, jumping balloons, a carnival and more in a safe environment for children. Below are all the rec center locations along with a phone number should you need more information:
