One El Paso, Texas native is sharing his stories from his time on the road with some of Hollywood's biggest names!

El Pasoan and Riverside high grad Arturo Cisneros just released his first book titled, “Rock Star Adjacent," which takes you on a wild ride through the glitz, glamor, and grit of the entertainment industry.

The book is a way for Art to share stories from the road that helped shape him not only as a professional in the entertainment world but also shaped him personally.

Art shares stories that include his start from managing hotels to managing rock stars, and even his journey to becoming a co-executive producer of a Rock and Roll Hall of Fame documentary for The Go-Go’s.

In "Rock Star Adjacent," Art writes about how he traveled to over 53 countries and all the highs and lows he dealt with being on the road, but this memoir isn't just about rubbing elbows with rock royalty – it's about the lessons learned, the growth experienced, and the dreams pursued.

“Art gives readers a triple A (access all areas) backstage pass to his life both in and out of the music business. The tours, legends, and behind-the-scenes stories are great, but his gains and setbacks on the road to self-discovery are the heart of this book,” said Kathy Valentine, Author, Songwriter, and Bassist for The Go-Go’s.

“Rock Star Adjacent” is already for sale online and here's the best part: by grabbing a copy of "Rock Star Adjacent," you're not just treating yourself to a good read – you're also giving back to the El Paso community.

A portion of the proceeds will go to "Mija, Yes You Can," a local non-profit close to Art's heart.

A special book signing event will happen Saturday, April 6th at the Barnes and Noble located at the founders at Farah. People can purchase a book, get it signed and meet the author himself.
